WTR will do a site visit and be allowed to check up on horses condition from time to time. They are really sweet girls and we want only the best for them.
Beuda was donated several years ago. She is a 15.1h argentine polo mare 20+ years old. She taught many kids to play polo throughout the years. She arrived to us with some physical limitations and we held her together. Her right hind tendon doesn't work like it used to so we have retired her. She would make a great companion horse but would not be suitable to ride. She's a little hyper under saddle and would do more damamge to herself. She is super sweet to work around, non agressive and loves TLC.
Amber is a 14.3 h, 16 yr old Quarterhorse mare who was abandoned by her owner. She was ridden pretty hard in her younger years and is arthritic. She is an easy keeper and could be suitable for walking trail rides once or twice a week with bute or as a companion horse. Amber has been at Chamounix for 12 years and taught many kids to ride. She is not suitable for a lesson or theraputic program. Both mares deserve a good retired life. She is a sweetheart and loves attention.
