The Mission
Work to Ride provides activities that promote discipline, self-esteem, motivation, social development, life skills, academic achievement and physical fitness through year round programs that encourage long term participation. In addition, educational and cultural resources are provided to participants and the community-at-large, as well as vocational guidance and opportunities for careers in related fields.
As a sponsor, you can become a significant partner in a young person's life. Your support will make it possible for a child to particiapate in the year-round Work to Ride Polo Program.
These programs provide a safe and loving environment for children to learn, grow and explore. Activities include tutoring, equine education, barn mangement skills, horsemanship development and numerous polo matches.
These events not only build children's self-confidence, but help to instill a passion for learning.
